Terms of Service
1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to the use of the platform Vralo (vralo.io), operated by Alexander Arndt, Arnimstraße 8a, 50825 Köln, Germany. By registering and using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Services
Vralo is a SaaS platform for AI-powered social media content creation. This includes but is not limited to: image generation, text generation (stories, punchlines, status posts), video generation, and content analysis.
Results are generated by third-party AI services. Vralo does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of the generated content.
3. Registration & Account
An account is required to use the platform. You are obligated to provide truthful information and keep your login credentials confidential. Each account may only be used by one person.
4. Credits & Subscriptions
Using AI features requires credits. The following plans are available:
- Free: 50 one-time credits (no subscription)
- Toe Dipper ($19/month): 500 credits per month (limited offer)
- Starter ($39/month): 1,000 credits per month
- Pro ($79/month): 2,500 credits per month + early access to new features
Credits expire at the end of the billing month and do not carry over to the next month. Upon cancellation, remaining credits expire at the end of the billing period.
Credits are deducted immediately upon using a feature. Refunds for individual consumed credits are not possible.
5. Payment
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Vralo does not store any credit card or bank details. Stripe's terms of service apply. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Vralo, email: support@vralo.io) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. by email).
Early expiration of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires for contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the trader has begun performance of the contract after the consumer has given express consent that the trader may begin performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and the consumer has acknowledged that they will lose their right of withdrawal.
By using credits (generating content), you agree that the service is provided immediately and you thereby waive your right of withdrawal for the credits already consumed.
Refund upon withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract and have not yet used any credits, we will refund all payments without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. If credits have already been used, a proportional amount for unused credits will be refunded.
7. Terms of Use
It is prohibited to use the platform for the following purposes:
- Creation of illegal, offensive, or misleading content
- Infringement of copyrights or personal rights of third parties
- Automated mass access (bots, scraping)
- Resale of access or credits to third parties
In case of violations, we reserve the right to suspend the account without prior notice.
8. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Content generated through the platform may be freely used by you, including for commercial purposes. Rights to the platform itself (code, design, brand) remain with Vralo.
Vralo assumes no liability for copyright infringements by AI-generated content. Responsibility for the use of generated content lies with the user.
9. Limitation of Liability
Vralo is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are breached.
Vralo does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Maintenance work and technical disruptions are reserved.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation can be done through the customer portal (Stripe) or by email to support@vralo.io.
Vralo reserves the right to terminate accounts without notice in case of violation of these Terms.
You can request complete deletion of your account at any time. All your data will be irrevocably removed.
11. Changes to Terms
Vralo reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Registered users will be informed of significant changes by email. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If individual provisions of these Terms are invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
